Joining the waitlist sends your email to Marlow’s server and its configured Supabase database. Resend delivers confirmation and private-access emails. Confirming your email completes your signup.

Invitations and private access

Invitation links contain a random public code. When someone joins through a link and confirms their email, the inviter can see an anonymous count. We do not show referral identities, queue positions or the overall waitlist size.

Private access uses a separate, single-use email link that expires after 30 minutes. Once confirmed, an HttpOnly cookie keeps this browser signed in for up to 30 days. “Done” or “Sign up another email” signs this browser out and clears its displayed referral information, without deleting the signup.

The browser’s session storage can remember the public invitation code during signup. It does not store your email or private access credential. Opening WhatsApp or your device’s share sheet is optional; copying a link does not send it to anyone.

Request-network identifiers are hashed for delivery-rate limits when the service is connected. Fonts and imagery are served from this project. No advertising trackers are included.

Optional analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures visits, successful signup requests and sharing actions. We do not send your email, invitation code, private access link or referral count to Google. Private referral pages are excluded. Advertising features are disabled.

You can reject analytics and still join. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Your choice is remembered on this device for six months. Analytics cookies, when accepted, expire after six months. Google processes analytics data; see Google’s privacy policy.

Your data and your choices

Marlow is a UK-based technology business. We operate this website and are responsible for this waitlist. Contact hello@runmarlow.com to leave the waitlist, request deletion or exercise your data rights. We may ask you to verify that you own the address before acting.

We use your email to confirm your signup, provide private referral access and contact you about Marlow’s launch. We do not sell the waitlist. Unconfirmed signups are retained for up to 30 days and confirmed signups for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Expired access credentials and rate-limit records are regularly removed.

Supabase stores waitlist data and Resend delivers emails on our behalf. Optional analytics is provided by Google. These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable data-transfer safeguards. You can complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
